Blackmagic Design launches URSA Cine 12K LF Body

Blackmagic Design has launched the URSA Cine 12K LF Body, a body-only version of its much-hyped URSA Cine 12K camera. Priced at £7014/$6995, this version excludes accessories like shoulder mounts, handles, lenses and media modules, letting filmmakers rig the camera with their existing gear. This offers a cheaper and more flexible solution.

The camera retains all the high-end features we love about the full URSA Cine 12K model, like its 12K full-frame sensor with 16 stops of dynamic range, interchangeable lens mounts and Blackmagic Raw recording. Dual CFexpress media slots offer fast recording, while the camera supports RTMP and SRT streaming for live broadcasts.

With modular rigging options, the URSA Cine 12K LF Body is ideal for cinematographers and rental houses looking to upgrade without purchasing unnecessary additions. It also features 10G Ethernet connectivity for seamless Blackmagic Cloud integration, making collaboration and workflow management super smooth. Available now worldwide.
