DaVinci Resolve 20 is the newest addition to Blackmagic Design’s suite of professional video editing tools, which also includes DaVinci Resolve 16. This iteration of DaVinci Resolve brings powerful tools designed to streamline workflows, boost creativity and improve efficiency.

One of the key highlights of DaVinci Resolve 20 is its AI-driven capabilities, which aid automation and precision in the editing process. The AI IntelliScript feature automates tasks like video editing to help save time. Additionally, the AI Animated Subtitles tool generates instant captions to make content more accessible.

DaVinci Resolve 20 also expands its editing and colour-grading tools. The new keyframe editor offers more control over animations. Meanwhile, the updated voiceover palette helps users adjust audio directly within a timeline.

For collaborating teams, DaVinci Resolve 20 supports shared folders and client review options. These cloud tools are designed to streamline remote workflows for teams working in different locations.

Fusion, the visual effects software within DaVinci Resolve, has also undergone several major updates for this release, including tools for deep image compositing and VR production.

DaVinci Resolve 20 is now available as a public beta, allowing users a chance to experience the updates before the official release. Whether you’re editing, grading or mixing, DaVinci Resolve 20 promises to take creative projects to new heights.
