I always wanted to go into space, man

Posted on May 9, 2022 by Samara Husbands

Germany headed to Vegas for the latest NAB show; and it was not messing around. There to debut its high-output SUMOMAX LED light, SUMOLIGHT took attendees into another dimension.

On display was the newest member of the versatile SUMOLIGHT family, carrying the same distinctive form factor as the famous predecessor, the SUMOSPACE+. While showing the capabilities, the team at NAB pointed out that the newcomer was born of the request of LDs, gaffers and cinematographers for an extension that eclipse even that of the SUMOSPACE+. The SUMOLIGHT engineers worked tirelessly to create the stunning 1800-15,000K full spectrum LED masterpiece.

Clearly wanting to serve and inspire creative lighting, SUMOLIGHT made the hexagonal, high lumen LED streamlined and compactable so that it can be transported easily to be used as a keylight, hardlight, punchlight, spacelight or softlight. At NAB SUMOLIGHT emphasised the versatility thanks to “swoptic” module interchangeable optics, and an array of light shaping tools that transform it from a space light to a softlight and to a high intensity feature.

Take a trip to space with SUMOLIGHT. Head over to their website to find out more.
