Holdan has signed a deal with the cloud software developer and media storage manufacturer, SNS, aiming to empower creative teams

Holdan, part of the Midwich Group, is a specialist distributor to the media and entertainment sector, is taking over the distribution of Studio Network Solutions (SNS) in the UK and Ireland.

SNS is a leading media tech company that specialises in shared storage hardware and software products for the Media and Entertainment industry. It provides on-premise, cloud, and hybrid workflow solutions for production, education, broadcast, e-sports, and content creation teams around the world.

Distribution will include SNS’s flagship product, EVO. A high-performance shared storage system, EVO is designed to support creative teams of all sizes, and features an award-winning suite of software tools, like ShareBrowseer media asset manager, Slingshot transcode and automation engine, and Nomad remote editing workflow utility. These aim to maximise productivity and collaboration in media production workflows.

Ryan Stoutenborough, President, SNS, commented: “Holdan’s experience in the video and broadcast industry, coupled with their commitment to providing exceptional customer service, make them an ideal distribution partner for SNS. Through this partnership, media production teams in the region will have better access to our secure and collaborative shared storage workflow solutions, so they can ultimately create amazing content, faster, from anywhere—whether that’s on-premise, at home, multi-prem, or in the cloud.”
