Magic Bullet Grinder Software for Processing DSLRs Footage
Posted on Jun 1, 2010 by Alex Fice
San Fran software outfit Magic Bullet have come up with some timely software to turn the unfriendly H.264 or sometimes unfriendly AVCHD compression that comes out of the more popular DSLRs in to something friendlier. Grinder also promises to insert timecode and file names as well as make proxies.
You pick a compression from a drop down menu and set your process going, conversions to ProRes standard and Proxy come straight out the box. It’ll also deal with your off-speed footage to create quick slow-motion effects.
