Mnemonica has welcomed Daniele Vilardi as its first sales director, cementing commitment to expansion plans

Mnemonica, the European cloud-based content hub for the film and HETV industry, has named Daniele Vilardi as its first-ever sales director, marking a significant step in the company’s international growth strategy.

The newly created role reflects Mnemonica’s commitment to expanding its global footprint while continuing to raise the bar in service quality for its clients and partners.

Vilardi brings a wealth of experience from his tenure at Mediafenix, where he was instrumental in developing advanced solutions across production, post-production and distribution. His expertise will be central to strengthening Mnemonica’s position as a trusted partner in media asset management, supporting the entire lifecycle of cinematic works both domestically and worldwide.

Founded in Rome in 2015, Mnemonica combines three core functions in one secure, intuitive platform: screening rooms, file transfer and long-term masters archive – all with unlimited users. Certified to the highest security standards (TPN Gold Shield and ISO 27001), it has already hosted more than 1000 productions, many of which have been seen on leading OTT platforms. Since 2022, it has also served as the official ingest and evaluation platform for the Venice International Film Festival.
