Kulabyte technology will take your compressed HD stream and transcode to 24 separate stream This week, Kulabyte launches its new Hyperstream Live service at Streaming Media West in Los Angles. At the moment Kulabyte is the only encoding OEM who is able to take into the ‘cloud’ a single HD compressed video stream from event locations, and then using XStream Live, natively transcode it into as many as 24 separate streams at bit rates ranging from 2.5Mbps for HD down to 150Kbps for 3G-connected mobile devices.
